Bill's Gamblin Hall was closed in early 2013. It has reopened in this location as a whole new property. The new name is The Cromwell.
Bill’s Gamblin Hall has a Victorian theme that stays true throughout the Casino and into the lobby and up to the rooms. The décor is kept new looking but in the early 1900’s. You might expect to see Matt Dillon walk in to break up a fight over a parlor girl.
Located in the best location in all of Las Vegas on the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd, its in the heart of the action. The Flamingo is next door to the north and Bally’s is to the south via walk-over. Bill’s Gamblin Hall rooms are completely remodeled but antiques are still being used. The rooms now have huge flat screen televisions and super nice bedding. The Victorian Restaurant offers specials like steak and eggs daily.
Bill's Gamblin Hall is located on a very busy corner, where all the action is.

Unique to Bill's casino: 3 dollar coors or coors lt cans, 5 dollar stoli and red bull 24/7 Smoke Ventilation: good Cocktail Service: good Restrooms: Better than average for that section of the strip. Bill's Overall Atmosphere: fun and loud If you stay at Bill's hotel it is highly recommended you buy a Monorail ticket since this hotel is next door (Flamingo)to one of the direct stops. You can get up and down the strip extremely fast and much cheaper than taking a taxi. The bus is a good option also, but the monorail is much faster. Bills Gamblin Hall doesn't have it's own pool but use of the Flamingo pool next door is included in Your room charge

Bill's was the first and is still the only Casino to offer Rapid Craps. It had a very shaky start but is now running smoothly. But now the competition is using a fully automatic version of Craps, that seems to be more successful.
