It just so happens that the newest best place (Walgreens) is also the fastest. Walgreens normally has multiple windows open so You can get paid and gone quickly. 7-11 will usually only have one attendant and some dork will want to buy chewing tobacco but the attendant cannot find it. The ABC stores are way slower than Walgreens because they have People buying all kinds of shit and then asking questions about more shit.
