The Downtown Grand Hotel is located at 206 North 3rd Street, Downtown / Fremont Street Area, Las Vegas. It is in the location formerly occupied by the Lady Luck. The Lady Luck was going to take advantage of the condo market but the real estate bubble burst and the building stayed vacant for many years. The new owners decided to bring it back to it's original use purpose but with an upgrade. It is now a much better casino and a boutique hotel. It is not located inside the Fremont Street Experience but that is exactly why many People prefer it.
It is just a couple blocks away from the Fremont Street Experience so it is definitely walking distance if You decide You want more excitement. But the Downtown Grand has plenty to do on it's own property and there are dining and entertainment choices across the street and on the same block.
